So I started going to the gym again after the super lazy and crazy eating madness November. I think I actually like exercising, I just need the motivation to get my butt there, but once I'm there, I love to just go all out and feel like I'm sweating my fat out. It feels good. It makes me feel good. :) I wanna try new group classes, too, like kickboxing, and maybe even spinning. I just need some courage to get out of my comfort zone. We'll see, maybe they can be part of my new year's resolutions. I NEED to get rid of my thick thigh, fat belly, and flabby arms.
